cs491 mobile, fall 2012, postmortems.
I read the syllabus!
There, FIXED!
By the end of the semester, I would like to have some direction towards writing the following types of apps:
- Touch based games (of course).
- Informational/alert type applications like weather or sports to consume web services or web based XML data.
- Apps that make use of the camera and image processing/pattern recognition.
- Related to previous, how about a security system that detects motion and or movement of the device?
- Games that make use of the gyroscope (do all androids have these? how could we emulate it?)
That seems like a good start.
Cheers – Jake
